The Information and Referral Center of Greater Montreal is proud to present its 2024–2025 Annual Report (French only). This fiscal year marked the launch of two major projects: the Remote Service for Overdose Prevention (RSOP) and a new partnership between 211 and the City of Montreal’s Mobile Mediation and Social Intervention Team (ÉMMIS). These services represent a turning point for the IRCGM, highlighting the growing role played not only by our front-line staff and counsellors but also by our managers and leadership teams.
In addition, we’ve strengthened our presence on the ground—by building close ties with public and community organizations, offering workshops and training on addiction, and taking part in numerous events to meet with the people who use our services.
We experienced significant growth in calls related to addiction support and are currently working on a full redesign of the 211 website. We welcomed our first loyal donors and increased our overall impact.
In short, this was a year of momentum, filled with challenges but also marked by a major shift that now allows us to expand our service offerings and help even more people.
A special thank you goes out to our incredible team, who embraced these new initiatives with enthusiasm and success. Our front-line workers are the stars of this report—those are real photos of real people on the phones 😉 Thank you to our Board of Directors for their unwavering commitment. And thank you to our valued partners and donors.
Enjoy the read!
