211 Greater Montreal and Gatineau has now merged its operations with 211 Quebec and Region, which serves the Capitale-Nationale, Chaudière-Appalaches, Côte-Nord, Haute-Yamaska, and Brome-Missisquoi regions.
Together, we now operate in 10 administrative regions, covering 17 MRC territories, and also offer online services in 18 MRCs. By combining the expertise of our teams, we are strengthening the information and referral services provided to the public and organizations, while contributing to the development of the 211 system across Quebec.
For those who use 211, nothing changes: services continue to be provided with the same commitment, the same quality, and the same dedication to facilitating access to community, public, and quasi-public resources. 211 remains a go-to resource for anyone seeking help or services in their community.
