The Information and Referral Center of Greater Montréal (IRCGM) is proud to announce the appointment of Catherine Bellemare, CPA auditor, as its new Deputy Executive Director.
This nomination comes at a pivotal time for our organization, as we continue to grow and lead major development initiatives. Catherine’s expertise in management, finance, and technology will be a valuable asset in supporting this evolution. She will work alongside Christian Lefebvre, Executive Director, as a key ally in steering the organization forward.
Since 2022, Catherine has held the position of Director of Finance, Administration and Technology at IRCGM, where she has distinguished herself through her collaborative leadership, strong work ethic, and strategic vision. She has successfully overseen the financial management of all our services, played an active role in funding applications and reporting, and supervised the HR, accounting, and IT teams. She also implemented key analysis tools to support decision-making and improve internal processes.
Before stepping into this role, Catherine was already part of the IRCGM family, having served as treasurer on both the IRCGM and IRCGM Foundation boards of directors from 2020 to 2022.
