The Information and Referral Center of Greater Montréal is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Ste-Marie as interim director of the 211 Greater Montreal-Gatineau service.
Having joined the Information and Referral Center of Greater Montréal in September 2024 as the ÉMMIS project manager, Michelle Ste-Marie has since demonstrated exceptional coordination skills, quick adaptability in a complex ecosystem, and human qualities that have earned her the respect of employees and colleagues alike.
A graduate with a master’s degree in public administration for managers from ENAP and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UQAM, Michelle Ste-Marie has over twenty years of experience in nonprofit management and project management in major Canadian institutions and companies.
“I would like to thank the Information and Referral Center of Greater Montréal and my colleagues at 211 for their trust. I strongly believe in the 211 mission. The service is an essential safety net in these difficult times for many people. Several projects are currently in development, and I look forward to leading them to success by working on a shared vision where each team member can contribute their part to the overall effort,” said Michelle Ste-Marie, interim director of the 211 Greater Montreal-Gatineau service and ÉMMIS project manager.
